New features!

We wanted to make it easier to do more, so here's what we added:

  • More ways to find a camping spot

    Have you got a big RV, a large group, or something else special, but don't know which campgrounds or sites will suit?

    Tell us exactly what you need and we'll get you there quickly.


  • Search for campgrounds by map

    Do you like to see things on a map before deciding where to go?

    All of the new search features are also available by map. There are quick views for states and selected landmarks, and easy regional views for any campground. You can drag, zoom and switch-on satellite imagery too.

     

  • See your "Search Campsites" results on a map of the campground

    Has your campsite search returned a bunch of interesting sites, but you'd like to compare where they are in the campground?

    Click on the "Campground Map" tab, just above your results, and you'll get a list of "Matching Campsites" right beside a campground map. Click on a campsite in this list and we'll highlight it on the campground map.

    Also, you can view the same "Search Campsites" results in three different ways by just clicking on other tabs:

    • Campsite List (the usual view when searching for exact dates)
    • Date Range Availability (a grid of available dates for matching campsites)
    • Campground Map (matching campsites on a campground map)

     

  • View campsite results by campground area or loop

    Do you already know your favorite area in your favorite campground?

    Just use the handy "Campground Area:" control at the top of of the "Campsite List", "Date Range Availability", and "Campground Map" views. Select your favorite campground area, and that's what you'll see.


  • Put it in your "Shopping Cart"

    Are you planning on reserving more than one campsite?

    Find everything you need, put it in your shopping cart, then checkout once. All items will be held for you for 15 minutes from the last item added.
