Upon arrival, a $100 security deposit is required and will be charged towards your stay. Credit card deposits are encouraged!
Deposits collected via credit card will be refunded back to the card within 2-4 business days. Check deposits will be refunded in the form of a check and mailed to you in 4-6 weeks.
Please come prepared to pay this deposit upon arrival.
Please note when renting a cottage, pets are not permitted, smoking is prohibited, tents and air-conditioners are not allowed.

Access Pass and Lifetime Liberty Pass is not accepted at any of the Full Service Cottages. (Eel Bay A - L)
Cottage includes dining room table with 4 chairs, couch, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, dressers, mirrors in each bedroom, full bath with shower, propane fired stove (heat source), full size cooking stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, screened in porch with adirondack style chairs, outside ground grill and picnic table. The cottage also includes pots and pans, cookware, silverware and linens (towels, washcloths, bath towels, dish towels, pillows, sheets, blankets bedspreads, etc.) $100.00 security deposit due upon arrival (check or credit card ONLY). All cottages are pet free - NO pets are allowed. Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve the cottage.
