Rules and regulations are posted at site offices and must be observed by all guests and their visitors.
Pioneer Campsite #1: This is a primitive, rugged site intended for groups or individuals. Site is located by itself. Access to campground restroom 200 yards away. Site has water but no electricity. Located in Big Cloud Creek area. Maximum 6 vehicles. Individuals may reserve pioneer sites at Watson Mill. Pioneer Campsite #2: This is a primitive, rugged site intended for groups or individuals. Site is located by itself. Site has water but no electricity. Access to campground restroom 200 yards away. Located on Big Cloud Creek next to bridge. Maximum 8 vehicles. Bridge not in service. Individuals may reserve pioneer sites at Watson Mill.

The park gates close at 10 pm. If you plan on arrving after then, please contact the park before 5 pm on day of arrival for the gate combination. The park's number is 706-783-5349.

Site
The pioneer campsites are primitive. Comfort Stations are within walking distance.
Firewood and ice are available for purchase at the visitor's center during regular business hours.
Pets allowed in the park and must be on a leash no longer than 6'. They must be accompanied by the owner at all times. Pets are not allowed in or around historic sites, cottages, lodges, group camps & swimming area. This policy does not apply to Service Animals. Owners should clean up after pets.
