Boats and boat trailers are not permitted on the campsite or cottage. They can be left in the Park Office Parking lot or placed in a rented slip at the Marina.

Please note: There is a designated parking area and a short walk to each cottage. There are no individual driveways.

Pets are NOT permitted in cottages.

Smoking is NOT permitted in cottages

Tents, RV's, Trailers or Pop-ups are NOT permitted in Cottage area. NO exceptions!

Must bring your own queen size linens, pillows, kitchen and bath towels, and toiletries (soaps, shampoos, etc...).

Grill is charcoal ONLY. You may bring your own charcoal, or purchase it locally or at the park concession stand.

ACCESS PASS and LIFETIME LIBERTY PASSES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE COTTAGES.

All vehicles must be registered. Two vehicle passes are included with the price of the cottage. Additional vehicle passes can be purchased at the Park Office. Third vehicle parking will need to be off site in adjacent parking area.

INCLUDED: 2 Queen beds (no linens), flatware, glasses, coffee mugs, coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting board with knives, can and bottle openers, toilet paper, dish soap.

Patrons responsibility: Bedding for a queen size beds, pillows, kitchen and bath towels, and toiletries (soaps, shampoos, etc).
Picnic table and charcoal grill outside cottage.
Indoor gas fireplace
Outdoor gas fire bowl on deck. Use may be limited under breezy conditions.

Renters must leave their cottage and surrounding area clean and orderly.

No subletting, substitutions or registering for others will be permitted.

Peak Season: 7 or 14-night minimum required

During Peak Season, the 2-bedroom cottages run from:

Cottage 3: Saturday to Saturday

Cottage 5: Friday to Friday

Cottage 8 and 10: Thursday to Thursday

Peak Season Rate: $1,400/week

Non-Peak Season: 2-night minimum required
Non-Peak Rate: $350/night
