The Tasajillo Pavilion is between the Juniper Camping Loop and the Wolfberry Group Camp. It is available for day use only. If set up classroom-style, maximum occupancy is 54 people, including children. For dinner events the facility will comfortably seat 25. It has air conditioning and heating, a meeting room, store room, a closet with cleaning supplies, and a large back porch with a firepit and pedestal grill. Restrooms are within walking distance of the pavilion. No pets or smoking are allowed. Tables and chairs are provided at no extra charge. The building can be occupied from 10AM to 10PM. Guests are encouraged to reserve separate sites specifically for camping and stays extending past check out time.
If arriving after 5pm, you must call the park prior to 5pm to make key arrangements. A $300 security deposit is due upon check-in. The customer who owns the credit card is required to be present with a valid ID. After inspection, the deposit will be returned back to the customer within 3 days unless damages are discovered and/or TPWD rules and regulations are not followed. All guests using this site will need to pay the regular $8.00 per person, per day entry fee.
