For all cabin, yurt, and cottage rentals visitors need to bring: Bed linens, Towels, Dishes, Pots and Pans. If you have any questions, please contact the park office.

Window air conditioners are not permitted in this facility.
Firewood Alert: Bringing firewood into Pennsylvania is prohibited and could result in a citation. To help protect the forest from invasive insects that can kill trees and devastate the ecosystem, please do not transport firewood over long distances. Firewood can harbor insects such as emerald ash borer. The use of local firewood is strongly recommended. All firewood must be burned prior to your departure.
The spotted lanternfly has invaded our area. This invasive insect could cause serious harm to Pennsylvania's resources, businesses, and economy. LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Help us stop the spread of these unwelcome hitchhikers. Inspect your vehicle, camper, tent, gear, etc. before you leave the park and destroy any lanternflies you find. For more information, visit the Penn State Extension's Spotted Lanternfly website at https://extension.psu.edu/.This is a dog friendly facility. Dogs will only be permitted in the designated facilities. Dogs are not permitted in non-dog facilities. No more than two dogs are allowed to stay in any one cabin.
For the 2017 season, dogs are only permitted in cabins 1, 2, 3, and 6. Dogs are not permitted in all other cabins. Other pets are not permitted in the cabin area.
Facilities showing as walk-ins, are not available on a first come, first serve basis. Site may be unavailable due to cleaning or maintenance. Please call the park office to confirm availability prior to driving to the park. Minimum stays will be required.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in PA State Parks.
There must be someone 18 years of age or older in the party to be responsible for the Cabin being reserved.

Each cabin contains a furnished living area, kitchen/dining area, toilet/shower room, two or three bedrooms and are equipped with electric heat. One cabin is accessible.

Swimming is permitted only in the park pool.

Hunting - About 3000 acres are open to hunting, trapping and the training of dogs during established seasons. Common game species are deer, pheasant, rabbit and turkey.
Programs - The park offers environmental education and interpretive programs which explore a wide variety of ecological and environmental topics.Programs are available from September into June. For more information, contact the environmental education specialist at the park office.
Cabin Amenities - Each cabin has electric heat, hot and cold water, a bathroom with flush toilet and shower; a kitchen area with sink, microwave, cabinets, stove with oven, refrigerator, table and chairs; a living area with a couch, end table and easy chair; and outside fire-ring/grill and picnic table.

The pool will be open for the Memorial Day Weekend then closed through the first two weeks of June (will be open weekends) also closed the last two weeks of August through Labor Day (will be open weekends and Labor Day). Pool hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., weather permitting or unless otherwise posted.

Occupants should bring bed linens (bunks bed are single size and main bedroom bed is double size), pillows, towels, cooking equipment and utensils, camping gear, fan and personal amenities.

All of Nockamixon is included in the Pennsylvania Game Commission's Special Regulations Area for Southeastern Pennsylvania, which means shotguns only for deer hunting. Contact the park office for additional information. Hunting is available in the adjacent State Game Land 157.
The 1,450-acre Lake Nockamixon is a warm-water fishery. Commons species are walleye, muskellunge, pickerel, smallmouth and largemouth bass, striped bass hybrids, channel catfish, carp and various types of panfish. A fishing pier is at the midpoint of the lake.

Up to 20 hp motors permitted. 1,450-acre Lake Nockamixon has four public launching areas. The Marina and Tohickon launch ramps are popular with sailboat, catamaran and windsurfing enthusiasts. Three Mile Run and Haycock launch facilities are favored for motorboats, canoes and inflatable watercraft.
There are over 20 miles of trails available for hiking/walking that wind through forests and near the lake.
