Base rate includes the first 50 people, $1.00 per person thereafter. 150 person maximum in Area 4.
The four shelters are numbered from the back of the park to the entry. The closest site to the entry is Area 4 and the furthest is Area 1.
Area 4 has a sheltered seating area, the others do not.
This is the largest shelter in the park, and is located in the West end of the park near the entrance. The shelter has a covered kitchen and seating area with electricity, electric cooktops, drinking water and sink, and prep area. There is also a BBQ and flush restrooms and parking are adjacent to the shelter. There is playground equipment in the area, horseshoe pits and volleyball net for patron use.
This is the closest shelter to the playground, and there are limited views of the Middle Fork Willamette River through the trees, however, river access is nearby.
Day Use fee park. $5 per vehicle permit or annual pass required. Shelter reservation does not include day use entrance fee.
While reservations can be made for multiple days, camping/overnight occupancy is not allowed.
Groups must contact the park at (541) 937-1173 x 221, 30 days prior to event for the following:
*Special events involving non-traditional park activities.
*Approval of Caterers/Vendors.
*Approval of any use of Sound Systems, Bands, DJ's, or Special Entertainment.
*Personal setup items such as trailer barbeques, tables, chairs, decorations, bounce houses.
*Contact park 10 days prior to arrival to arrange Day use fee tally - to pay for their guests day use vehicle parking fee.
Cancellation and Change Policy for Special Facilities-
Cancellations made one month to the day prior to arrival will receive a refund of all camping fees. For cancellations made less than one month to the day of arrival OPRD retains the first night fees.
Changes made one month or more to the day of arrival incur an $8 transaction fee. Reservations for more than five days that are later changed to fewer days will be charged a fee equal to the daily site fee for each day canceled as well as the $8 transaction fee.
Changes are not allowed within one month of arrival. If the last day to change falls on a weekend or holiday, you have until 5 p.m. on the following business day to change your reservation.
Reservation and transaction fees are non-refundable.
