Must be at least 21 years of age to reserve the cottage.
Smoking and pets are NOT permitted in cottage.
Access Pass and Lifetime Liberty Pass is NOT accepted at the cottage.
During Peak Season, the cottage rents from Saturday to Saturday. Peak Season runs from the end of June to the end of August each year.

The Cottage offers a kitchen, living room, two upstairs bedrooms and an enclosed porch overlooking the St. Lawrence River. The master bedroom has 1 full sized bed, and the second bedroom two single beds. The couch in the living room folds out into a queen-sized bed also. The kitchen consists of a stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, glassware, silverware, dishes, cooking utensils and coffee maker. Bedding, sheets, towels and pillows are provided. The bathroom is handicap accessible along with a shower. A propane heater is located in the living room for the cooler nights. Outside a picnic table and fire-ring are provided for outdoor meals and campfires.
