ADDITIONAL SITE INFORMATION: Arroyo Flats Arroyo Flats is a primitive group site that has picnic tables, BBQ, fire circle and benches, drinking fountain, and chemical toilets. There is no access to flush toilets or showers. CAPACITY: minimum 25, maximum 75. SITE ACCESS It is a .25 mile hike-in to the site from parking. There is a locked gate for the group site, a combo code and information letter will be emailed to you 5-10 days prior to your arrival. PARKING: 15 parking passes; NO overflow. 2 vehicles can park at the site, conditions permitting, 13 park in parking lot. Check Garin gate hours and enter before closing time. No shuttling back and forth. ALCOHOL: Beer and wine allowed with the purchase of an additional permit ($25.00). No hard alcohol. Permit must be purchased in advance by calling the EBRPD Reservations Department.
