**IMPORTANT** IN ORDER TO ACCESS YOUR CABIN, YOU MUST HAVE THE COMBINATION TO THE CABIN DOOR WHICH IS INCLUDED ON YOUR CONFIRMATION LETTER.

* Check in time is 3 pm and check out is 12:00 noon.
* There is a 2 night minimum stay. It is a 3 night minimum on holidays.
* Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
* NO SMOKING and NO PETS are allowed in the cabin.
* The cabin is ADA accessible
* There is no WIFI available. Cell and mobile data service is typically strong in the area
* Cleaning or room service during your stay is not included.
* Cabin reservation fees DO NOT include required daily park entrance fees.

Cabin A is decorated with a light-hearted nature theme and has a beautiful view of Cheyenne Mountain from its picture window. It is nestled in the quiet Meadow Campground Loop with easy access to trails and the park's disc golf course.

This is a "sleeper cabin." It has the feel of a comfortable tiny home, but is not equipped with all of the necessities. Be sure to read the notes below to fully understand what the cabin provides and what you need to bring.

The amenities you will enjoy outside include:

* ADA accessible, paved sidewalk from parking to porch
* Paved parking with room for only two vehicles maximum
**NOTE** Additional camping (in RV, trailer or tents) is not permitted at the cabin
* Porch in the front with two adirondack chairs
* Private back patio includes
^ ADA accessible picnic table
^ 4 decks chairs
^ Fire pit
^ Natural Gas BBQ grill (with grill tools)

The amenities you will enjoy inside include:

* Universally accessible entrances, bathroom and kitchen facilities
* Central air conditioning and natural gas heating
* Electric lighting, ceiling fan and several outlets
* Five windows that provide ample light and views (shades provide privacy)

* Furnishings include:
^ Queen over queen log bunk bed with pillowtop mattresses (sleeps 4)
^ Sofa sleeper with queen size mattress (sleeps 2)
**NOTE** Bed linens, pillows and blankets are not provided
^ Coffee and side tables, lamp, alarm clock with 2 USB ports and luggage rack
^ Wood kitchen table with 4 chairs and bench that seats 2

* Bathroom includes:
^ Flush toilet, sink, mirror and shower
^ One bath mat, hair dryer, paper towels, toilet paper and hand soap are provided
**NOTE** Towels and wash clothes are not included

* Kitchenette is stocked with:
^ Small capacity refrigerator with separate freezer
^ Sink (with city water), counter space, drawers and pantry cabinets
^ Tableware/dishes and flatware service for 6
^ Microwave, 5 cup coffee pot (with filters), toaster and hot pot to boil water
^ Grill tools, wood spoons, pitcher, cutting board, trivet, serving bowls, colander, can opener and corkscrew
^ 4 kitchen towels, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dish drying rack and cleaning supplies

DON’T FORGET TO BRING

* Confirmation letter with the access code to the cabin
* Annual Park Pass, or purchase required daily ($9 per vehicle, per day) at the park when you get here
* Linens: bedding, blankets, pillows, sleeping bags and bath towels, wash clothes, etc
* Personal hygiene items and toiletries and clothes for Colorado weather
* Additional cookware (pots/pans) and grill items you may want
* Firewood. You can bring it, or we sell bundles at the park
* Food for meals, snacks, spices (everything but salt and pepper)
* Phone chargers, books, games and fun things
