Pavilion and Picnic Areas Cancellation/Change Policy: A Cancellation/Change up to 31 days in advance of the reserved date will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the reserved date. One change in the date of the reservation is permitted without charge. The new date must be within the year of the original reservation date. Any additional changes will be considered a cancellation and subject to fees.
Due to their environmental impact, no confetti, balloons, glow sticks, artificial flower petals, birdseed or rice may be used for decorative or celebratory purposes.
Park Entrance Fees: In effect for reservations between March 1st and November 30th, ALL customers will need to be prepared to pay this fee upon entry to the Park. Credit Cards are accepted, Cash only if Park Office is open.
Tobacco Use: Pavilions and Picnic Areas are designated tobacco free zones.
Restrooms: Open April 1 through October 31, short walk down a hill from the Hawk Watch Pavilion. Porta-Johns available yearround.
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol is permitted at Brandywine. Cans and bottles only, no kegs or beer trucks.
Amplified Music: DJ's and other music requiring amplification are not permitted.
Trash Removal: Included with all picnic and pavilion rentals.
Parking: Please park in designated parking lots. Parking next to a pavilion is prohibited. No one shall be permitted to drive in any open fields or meadows without a staff member to accompany
Electricity: Neither the pavilion nor picnic area have electricity.
Please do not use any tacks or staples on the picnic tables.
Amusement Devices (moon bounces, etc.) and canopies: Additional space may be available for amusement devices (moon bounces etc.) or canopies for an additional cost. Visitors must contact the park office at least one week prior to the event for information on availability, cost, and to secure a space.
Additional Use: Special use passes are available for park entrance during special events.

Group Recognition: Contact the park office prior to the day of your event if there is an identifiable name (reunion, organization, celebration, etc.) associated with the event. This will help staff direct your guests to the correct area in the park.
