Pavilion and Picnic Areas Cancellation/Change Policy: A Cancellation/Change up to 31 days in advance of the reserved date will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of the reserved date. One change in the date of the reservation is permitted without charge. The new date must be within the year of the original reservation date. Any additional changes will be considered a cancellation and subject to fees.
Due to their environmental impact, no confetti, balloons, glow sticks, artificial flower petals, birdseed or rice may be used for decorative or celebratory purposes.
Park Entrance Fees: In effect for reservations between March 1st and November 30th, ALL customers will need to be prepared to pay this fee upon entry to the Park. Credit Cards are accepted, Cash only if fee booth is open.
Activity Bag: An Activity Bag may be available at the park for rent. Call the park for details.
Tobacco Use: Pavilions and Picnic Areas are designated tobacco free zones.
Restrooms: The main restrooms at Bellevue are open year round (the one by the pavilions and pond area). The Cabana restroom at the Tennis Center is open April 1 through October 31
Alcoholic Beverages: Alcohol is permitted at Bellevue, alcohol may only be displayed and consumed within pavilion or picnic area. Keg beer is not permitted. Only cans may be brought into the park. No glass bottles.
Amplified music: DJ's and other music requiring amplification are not permitted.
Parking: Please park in designated parking lots. Parking next to a pavilion is prohibited.
Trash Removal: Included with pavilion rentals.
Amusement devices (moon bounces, etc.): Not allowed at Bellevue.
Tents and Canopies: Additional space may be available for pop-up tents or canopies at Pavilions only. Visitors must contact the Park Office for permission & permit at least one week prior to event.
Group Recognition: Contact the park office prior to the day of your event if there is an identifiable name (reunion, organization, celebration, etc.) associated with the event. This will help staff direct your guests to the correct area in the park.
