If you plan to arrive outside of our Rental Office hours listed below, late cabin/cottage keys can be picked up at the Red House Administration Building until midnight, daily. If you are unable to arrive by midnight, please contact the Park Office at 716-379-6450 to make arrangements for cabin/cottage key pickup.

Quaker and Red House Rental Office Hours:

Peak Season(6/21/25 - 9/1/25)
Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday-Sunday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Non-Peak
Sunday-Thursday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday: 9 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.

PLEASE NOTE: Permits for all cottage reservations are non-transferable. Only the Primary Occupant listed on the reservation will be permitted to check in.

Pets are NOT permitted in this cottage.

Smoking is NOT permitted in any cabins, cottages or group camp areas.
Tents, RV's, Trailers or Pop-ups are NOT permitted in any of the Cabin or Cottage areas. NO exceptions!

ACCESS PASS and LIFETIME LIBERTY PASSES ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR THE COTTAGES.

$100 security deposit will be required upon registration, in the form of check or credit card, NO CASH.

All vehicles must be registered. The first vehicle has free park entry on the cottage permit. The second vehicle pays a one-time entrance fee and then receives permit.

Any additional vehicles must pay the daily vehicle use fee. Only two vehicles can be parked overnight on the cottage site.

Included: bathroom with shower, electric, refrigerator, gas stove/cook-top, microwave, furniture, pillows, bedding, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Bedroom has one full bed and one twin bed. The living area has one futon.

Picnic table and grill outside cottage.

Renters must leave their cottage and surrounding area clean and orderly.

No subletting, substitutions or registering for others will be permitted.

Cain Hollow Peak Season Restrictions:
7 or 14-night min. during peak season
Cottages at Cain Hollow 1-5 Friday to Friday
Cottages at Cain Hollow 6-10 Sunday to Sunday
Cottages at Cain Hollow 11-15 Monday to Monday

The Cottages at Cain Hollow are located in the Quaker Area.
